After going down 3-1 after one quarter, it was all Tufts the rest of the way, as the Jumbos earned the program's second NCAA title by defeating Salisbury 12-9 at Baltimore's M&T Bank Stadium Sunday afternoon.

Cole Bailey was the Most Outstanding Player with a goal and five assists on the day, leading the otherwise well-balanced attack for the Jumbos. Nine players scored goals for Tufts, with John Uppgren, Peter Gill and Ben Andreycak scoring two each. Uppgren also had two assists. Patton Watkins made 17 saves to earn the win in net.

Salisbury got a pair of goals from Donovan Lange and Sean Fitzgerald and a pair of assists from Greg Korvin, but couldn't rally back after Tufts put together a 7-1 third quarter to open a 5-5 tie at the break to a 12-6 lead.
