Voting is now closed. Pick up a copy of the January issue of Lacrosse Magazine to learn who LM staff selected as Preseason Player of the Year.

Defensive specialists, between-the-lines burners and finishers extraordinaire, the WCLA finalist pool has candidates from all areas of the field with a little less than one week before the final votes are cast on Friday, December 20th.

The full voting list for all categories is available here.

Read the case for each of the finalists and cast your vote below, and be sure to rally the troops for your picks by sharing on social media using #LaxPOY. (Finalists are listed in alphabetical order)

Kelly Arnhart, Georgia, Sr., D

Defense led Georgia to the second round of the WCLA National Championships for the first time ever last year, and Arnhart was a big reason why. She's a returning first team All-American.

Tully Moorhead, Texas, Sr., M

Moorhead led Texas with 55 goals last season, and the returning All-American is hoping to lead the Longhorns to a fourth straight Top 10 finish...or even more?

Ali Slyne, Colorado State, Jr., A

The Rams lost a talented senior class that won three national championships, but the cupboard is far from bare. Ali Slyne earned first team All-America honors last year, the only sophomore so honored.

Nicole White, Florida Club, Sr., M

The Gators have been a consistent force with five straight trips to the national tournament, and White, a consistent force in the middle of the field for Florida. White is a returning first team All-American.
