LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – Led by Princeton recruit Jake Froccaro, Team Freedom rolled through round-robin play with a perfect 3-0 record to advance to the championship game of the 2012 Champion All-American Showcase, a US Lacrosse event. Freedom will meet Spirit in the championship game on Friday at 1 p.m. at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and the game will be aired on a tape-delayed basis at 7 p.m. on Friday on ESPNU.

The event features 96 of the best high school lacrosse players in the country, and includes players from 31 states.

Froccaro has a tournament-high 10 goals and helped Freedom defeat Spirit (10-9 in overtime), Liberty (18-9) and Pride (14-10) to go unbeaten. Freedom’s potent offense has a tournament-high 42 goals and has also featured Sam Llinares (Hofstra) with seven goals and six assists, and Nick Kilkowski (Rutgers) with five goals and three assists.
