Player of the Week

Timmy Kelly, Jr., Calvert Hall (Md.)

Kelly almost single-handedly defeated Canadian powerhouse The Hill Academy last week. With the Cardinals down 5-1 at the end of the first half, Kelly proceeded to go on a tear and finished with eight goals and one assist to help Calvert Hall win 10-9.

Noteable: Grant Ament, Haverford School (Pa.); Colton Rupp, Landon (Md.); Conor Yager, Norfolk Academy (Va.)

Gilman (Md.) at Haverford School (Pa.), March 21

A battle of top teams in their respective conferences could be a crucial game for both teams as they prepare to enter their league schedules. Haverford School has already played two games against Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association teams and have gone 1-1. After Gilman they will host St. Paul's. Gilman will just one game under their belt, a March 19th game at St. Anne's-Belfield (Va.) while Haverford already has three games. That could be the difference maker.
