Rachel Sanford Joins

Rachel Sanford joins staff as the Director of Women's Lacrosse Operations.

Sanford comes to from Hillstone Restaurant Group, where she trained new service employees and executed meticulous standards while creating a clientele at Houston's in Denver, Colorado. Prior to that, she was a three-time All-American at Duke University and member of the 2003 U19 World Championship Team. 

Sanford's proven track record of success and mentoring skills will further develop's brand in women's lacrosse, while creating and executing marketing initiatives as well as managing on site promotions.

"Rachel is someone who loves the game of lacrosse and wants to help high school players reach the next level. She has all of the tools to help us grow  Her experience going through the recruiting process, playing at Duke and then working at Hillstone will serve her well," said Chris Meade, Co-Founder of

A native of Greenwich, Connecticut, Sanford is a 2007 graduate of Duke University, where she earned a B.A. in sociology and a Certificate in Markets and Management. Currently Rachel is pursuing her masters in business administration at the University of Denver., The Official Recruiting Tool of USLacrosse, is a recruiting tool that increases the exposure a player receives throughout the recruiting process by making it convenient for a college coach to view a player's profile and video. Players create a profile, upload video and can distribute their profile and video to college coaches using a integrated messaging system. Every NCAA college lacrosse program is a registered user of, which was built by two former college lacrosse players with the help of current and former college lacrosse coaches.
