USL Mobile Coach

USL Mobile Coach provides lacrosse coaches a web-based platform to design and share day-to-day practice plans. Coaches can outline an entire year's practice plan and then edit and add components throughout the season.

Mobile Coach includes both men's and women's lacrosse drills and segments them based on skill level and drill type. Drills include focus on: conditioning, stick work, game situations and even field space adjustments.

"In a survey conducted by the Coaching Education Program, 85 percent of the coaches are working parents who can only spend 10 minutes of their time planning practices for their teams," Chris Snyder, manager of coaches education and training at US Lacrosse, said in the October issue of Lacrosse Magazine. "The new mobile technology allows coaches to easily access, organize and share US Lacrosse drills and video with players and assistant coaches on the field. This is a ground-breaking US Lacrosse member benefit for coaches at all levels."

The mobile app for iPhone and Android is slated to hit iTunes by the end November and will only be accessible for download by US Lacrosse members. Learn how to use this app on your phone or online at the USL Tech Gadgets booth at the 2011 US Lacrosse National Convention.
